At TICK Hub education consultancy we know that coaching is not a set model. Coaching is an ongoing, fluid process and its success depends on the interactions of leaders and their staff, we recognise that great conversations must be continuous.

MORE THAN JUST A CONVERSATION
Our aim is to offer a range of coaching opportunities- from longer focused chats to short impromptu conversations. We know that coaching leads to conversations which promote staff development and thus performance. The aim of our coaching programme is to help you to build positive relationships and engage your team - we can offer this support face to face or virtually.
Traditional coaching courses are based around a set of pre booked sessions- our aim is to build your coaching package around your needs- we are here to support you when you need it.

Our coaching programme focuses on ways to develop communication within your school or setting, allowing staff the space to think and problem solve and developing a positive coaching culture in your school. This helps to develop their confidence and independence.
We look at positive language, listening zones, frames of mind and look at questioning techniques to promote and support a positive, engaging work environment. We encourage you to look at your team and environment; reflect and build upon this in a supportive and nurturing way.
